Register and pay your deposit online or print out a registration form found at the bottom of the page and mail it in to us, along with your deposit. Please note that a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit for teams, or the full $70 registration for an individual player must be received by CSA in order to register your team. You will receive an email once CSA processes your registration.
